Gas, food, lodging, camping, attractions and 24 hour pharmacy services are eligible for participation in the Specific Service Logo Sign Program.

- Are all businesses providing these key services eligible to participate?
There are specific criteria which each type of business must meet to participate in the Specific Service Logo Sign Program. Click on the Eligibility Criteria link for a listing of the specific eligibility criteria required for participation.

- Can seasonal businesses participate in the logo signing program?
Yes, but the signs must be covered or removed during those times the business is not in operation.

- How will the signs be maintained?
All logo sign maintenance will be performed by Utah Logos, Inc or its contractors.

- Once I am in the program can my business sign be removed?
Yes. Certain conditions can result in the removal of your business sign. Your business sign will be removed if your business ceases to exist or does not meet the eligibility criteria and fails to correct the requirements not met within 30 days.

- How will the distance be measured to determine if my business meets the mileage eligibility criteria?
Business logos shall be installed only for a business located within three (3) miles of the interchange. Distance will be measured from the end of the off ramp per UDOT guidelines and procedures. Exceptions to the three (3) mile rule may apply in some areas.

- How will it be determined what businesses have priority if more than six (6) businesses in any one category wish to participate?
Priority is given to the first 6 fully qualified participants of each service category. Secondary priority is given to the closest marginally qualified businesses already on the primary mainline signs. A waiting list for openings is held on a first come, first serve basis.
